Adoption Advocates is a nonprofit adoption agency in Texas with offices in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston. We have been licensed by the State of Texas since 1991 and have helped build more than 800 families through adoption.

Founded by adoptee Jane Hall, Adoption Advocates believes treating all parties involved with adoption – the birth parents, the adoptive family and the adoptee – with respect, honor and dignity. We are committed to upholding open adoptions that ultimately put the child’s best interests first.

All of our services for expectant parents are offered free of cost.
